Surfing Lessons & Equipment Rental

1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of surfing lessons and the rental of surfing equipment offered on the site. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

2. Rates
Prices for services (lessons, courses, rentals) are shown on the site in euros, including VAT, and are subject to change at any time. The price applicable is that in force at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Registration

  • To book a course or hire equipment, please use the online form or contact us in person.
  • For minors, parental consent is required.
  • The reservation becomes effective after validation of the payment according to the modalities indicated at the time of the order.

4. Payment

  • Payment can be made online or on site, depending on the options available.
  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due before the event.

5. Cancellation & Refund

  • All course cancellations must be notified in writing (email, post).
  • A full refund is possible if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the start of the course. After this time, the full amount remains due, except in cases of force majeure or cancellation by the school (weather, safety...).
  • In the event of cancellation of a rental, refund conditions are specified at the time of booking.

6. Course sequence

  • Participants must declare any health problems and attest to their ability to swim.
  • Pupils are under the responsibility of the school only for the duration of the course, according to the timetable communicated. Outside these times, the school cannot be held responsible.

7. Equipment rental

  • Equipment is rented for personal use only and may not be sublet or lent.
  • Identification and/or a security deposit may be required at the time of rental.
  • Equipment must be returned in good condition. Any damage or non-return of equipment will result in a charge for replacement or repair, up to the replacement value.
  • The customer is the sole judge of his ability to use the equipment and undertakes to use it in accordance with safety regulations.

8. Liability

  • The school declines all responsibility for loss or theft of personal belongings on its premises.
  • Parents must ensure that their children are taken care of before and after school.

9. Image rights

  • Unless they object in writing, participants authorize the school to use their image for communication purposes.

10. Personal data

  • The data collected at the time of booking is used solely to manage the services and is not passed on to third parties.

11. Disputes

  • In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent court will be that of the company's head office.
